Camp Kannawin - Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for the overall summer program at the camp. He/she will ensure that all activities are designed to provide a Christian community camping experience for campers, fellow staff, campers' parents and visitors. 

He/she provides oversight of the staff including staff scheduling and the arrangement of cabin groups and is also responsible for the scheduling of weekly themes and activities. He/she is expected to participate and assist in leading staff training. The Assistant Director will also be in charge of planning and executing the Leaders-In-Training (LIT's) program in conjunction with the regular program. The Assistant Director will function as the Camp Director's Designate when the Camp Director is off-site or on time off. 

Position Dates: May 7 - August 25, 2018

Salary: $450 per week or $7,200 for the 16 Week period
