The Canadian Camping Association is proud to offer the Canadian Camp Director Course in Halifax, Nova Scotia in September 2015.
This course invites camp directors from across Canada to partake in a program geared directly to full-time camp professional. This program is designed for owners, directors, and administrators of summer camps. Topics include office administration, financial and fiscal planning, marketing (both traditional and non-traditional), as well as staffing and programming.

The course is led by Jane McCutcheon and Jeff Bradshaw. Their decades of experience in the camping profession along with their wealth of knowledge will guide participants through exercises that increase both knowledge and understanding of the business of camp. The format encourages on-going discussions among like-minded individuals.

Jeff Bradshaw is a past two term CCA President with 31 years of experience as a Camp Director in agency, church, day, special needs and private camping. He is the current Owner/Executive Director of Camp Wenonah in Ontario. Jeff has served for 18 years on the Board of the International Camping Fellowship and has provided leadership training in 8 provinces across Canada and on five continents (Russia, Australia, Mexico, Taiwan, Japan, US, Colombia, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Ecuador, Turkey)
Jane McCutcheon is a CCA Past President and Treasurer with over 40 years of experience as a Camp Director / Owner at Camp Tawingo where she co-founded Tawingo College. She is now President and Owner of Think Muskoka Consulting. Jane chaired the Third International Camping Congress (KUMBAYAH) in Toronto and was Treasurer of The International Camping Fellowship for 10 years. She is an author of several camp resource books, and has worked with camp leaders worldwide.
