About Ghost River Rediscovery
Drawing on the strength of Indigenous culture, the wisdom of the Elders, with a philosophy of love and respect for the Earth and all peoples Ghost River Rediscovery aims at empowering people of all ages and cultures to discover the natural world, the worlds between cultures and the worlds within themselves.
Ghost River Rediscoveryís summer camps, set in the beautiful Devilís Gap area, have been providing powerful, uplifting experiences for youth and adults for the past 20 years. Our wilderness camps are guided by highly skilled staff, and are blessed with the presence of Native Elders who share their lifeís wisdom and pass on cultural teachings to the participants.
When you sign your children up for one of our summer camps, your children will receive:

Our Mountain camp is located approximately 85 km northwest of Calgary, AB, Canada, on the edge of both the Ghost River Wilderness and Banff National Park, and on the Traditional lands of the Nakoda (Stoney) Nation. The Forest Camp area is located off Highway 40 and private property of the Bar-C Ranch. Personal travel is restricted. Transportation is available from Calgary.
